How AI Reality Check handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
The free assessment asks for 24 self-reported responses and a work email address after the first four questions. We also receive information you choose to include when you contact us, such as your name, organisation, email address, and message.
Why we ask for a work email
The work email is used to identify your assessment context during the current browser session and to support follow-up if you choose to contact us or proceed with a report. The assessment does not create an account, require a password, or automatically subscribe you to marketing.
How assessment information is used
The assessment currently calculates a Readiness Profile in your browser from the responses you provide. We use contact information only to respond to a request, discuss an offer, provide a purchased service, or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell assessment responses or use them to make automated decisions about you.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, delivering an agreed service, resolving a concern, or meeting legal obligations. You can request access to or deletion of personal information by emailing team@ai-reality-check.madethis.app. We will confirm receipt and explain any limited information we must retain.
Sharing and security
We use service providers needed to operate this website and process a purchase. We do not share personal information for unrelated marketing. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an email or contact us. You can also request deletion or ask a privacy question at team@ai-reality-check.madethis.app.
